Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the wedding video services provided by WeddingAI.video ("we", "us", or "our"). By submitting a quote request, paying for a service, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
WeddingAI.video provides AI-assisted wedding video services including but not limited to:
- Restoration and enhancement of old or damaged wedding footage (VHS, DV, 8mm, 16mm film, etc.)
- AI-generated wedding films from photographs
- Cinematic wedding trailers and teasers
- Multilingual dubbing and subtitling
- Animated wedding videos (cartoon, Ghibli, Pixar styles)
- Pet wedding videos
- Wedding invitation videos and GIF/meme generation
Specific deliverables, pricing, and timelines are agreed upon per project via written quote.
2. Quotes and Orders
All quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Submitting our order form constitutes an inquiry only — no payment is collected and no contract is formed until both parties have agreed in writing (email confirmation is sufficient) to the project scope, timeline, and price.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment terms are specified in your individual quote (typically 50% upfront, 50% upon delivery, or full payment for projects under $500).
- Accepted payment methods: credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. Payment links are sent via email after quote acceptance.
- Late payment: invoices unpaid 7 days after due date may incur a 5% late fee. Work may be paused on accounts with invoices overdue 30+ days.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide source materials (videos, photos, audio recordings) that you have the legal right to use and modify
- Obtain consent from any third parties appearing in the source material (e.g., deceased family members depicted in tributes, remote family members whose voice is used)
- Provide accurate project details and timely feedback during revisions
- Pay agreed fees on time
5. Revisions and Satisfaction
Each project includes two (2) free rounds of revisions unless otherwise specified in your quote. Additional revisions are billed at $49 per round. If you are not satisfied with the final deliverable after the included revisions, we offer a full refund as described in Section 6.
6. Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with our work. If we are unable to meet your requirements after the included revision rounds, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid for that specific project. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of final delivery. Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
7. Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround is 48–72 hours from receipt of source materials for simple projects, and 5–7 business days for complex restorations or longer deliverables. Specific timelines are stated in your quote. We are not liable for delays caused by late receipt of source materials, customer feedback delays, or factors outside our control.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Your Content
You retain all ownership rights to the source materials you provide (your wedding footage, photos, voice recordings, etc.).
8.2 Our Deliverables
Upon full payment, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables for personal, non-commercial purposes (sharing with family, posting on social media, including in your personal wedding album, etc.). You may NOT resell, redistribute, or use the deliverables for commercial purposes without our written consent.
8.3 Portfolio Use
Unless you explicitly opt out in writing, we may use anonymized excerpts of completed projects in our portfolio, social media, and marketing materials. We will never use footage that includes tribute elements (deceased loved ones) or other sensitive content without your specific written permission.
9. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Our services use artificial intelligence to enhance, restore, or generate content. While we take every precaution to ensure quality and accuracy, AI-generated results may contain artifacts, inaccuracies, or unexpected outputs. We commit to:
- Human review of all deliverables before delivery
- Free revisions to address any quality issues
- Full refund if quality is unacceptable after revisions
For sensitive services (family tributes, voice reconstruction), we work closely with you to ensure respectful, accurate results and will not deliver content you have not approved.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeddingAI.video's total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount you have paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Confidentiality
We treat all customer materials, project details, and personal information as strictly confidential. Source materials are stored encrypted and permanently deleted 30 days after final delivery. We will not disclose your project information to third parties without your written consent, except as required by law.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate a project before completion with written notice. If you terminate:
- After source materials have been submitted but before work begins: full refund of any payment made
- After work has begun: partial refund based on work completed, determined in good faith
- After final delivery: no refund (revision and refund policies above apply)
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in the United States, except where prohibited by your local consumer protection laws (e.g., EU consumers retain rights under their national laws).
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. For ongoing projects, the Terms in effect at the time of your quote acceptance will apply.
